A warm room with queen bed, working gas log fireplace that is operational from mid-fall through early spring, hardwood floors, full closet, CD player, and country views. Chestertown Buff shares a hall bath. The bath features a claw foot bathtub with a shower, and double sink vanity.

Yorktown Green

($130.00 with shared bath; $150.00 with a private bath)

 Yorktown Green may be the most soothing bedroom at Yale Manor with its deep green walls, queen cherry sleigh bed, antique armoire, a working gas log fireplace that is operational from mid-fall through early spring, CD player, and lovely lake views. Yorktown Green shares a hall bath.

 
Kensington Green and Brandywine are two rooms located in a separate wing at the back of the house. We offer a number of options for the use of this space to accommodate a variety of guest requirements.

Kensington Green

($130.00)

The perfect room for two people traveling together who may want to share a room but not necessarily share a bed. Kensington Green features two antique iron beds and lovely lake views. This room shares a hall bath with Brandywine.

Brandywine

($130.00)

A private escape at the back of the house with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and both lake and garden views.

Brandywine can be booked either with a shared hall bath or with a guaranteed private bath at a slightly higher nightly rate. The guaranteed private bath can only be offered if Kensington Green has not already been booked.

(The Kensington Green and Brandywine rooms, located in the west wing with a shared bath can be booked as a "Brandywine Suite" for a rate of $240.00.)

• Rates are plus 11% New York Sate and Seneca County Bed and Breakfast taxes.
• Full breakfast is included in all rates.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. (no personal checks).
• Single night reservations are not available on weekends from May 1 through December 5.
• New York State regulations limit B&B's to a 10-guest/night maximum capacity.
