About Yale Manor B&B and Yurts

Yale Manor B&B and Yurts is a tranquil retreat ideally located between the two best wine tours in the center of the Finger Lakes Region. The statuesque 3-story stone Manor House is situated on ten quiet, expansive and secluded acres with a view of Seneca Lake. The front porch is flanked by two enormous 100 year old copper beeches planted by the original steward Alice E. Crawford (aka Anan to her family).  Our luxury glamping yurts are available from April - November and the Manor house rooms are available all year round! Dates are available one year in advance for booking. We do not allow children under 18 years of age or dogs.

The Manor House is the main building with 5 sleeping rooms, all located on the second floor.  Breakfast is served in the dining room and there is a coffee/water/tea setup available 24 hours for all guests.  Check out the Breakfast page to see a sample menu and learn more about the way we approach sourcing, preparing and serving food for our guests.  A full sized refridgerator with freezer is in the main lobby that we keep stocked with filtered water and ice for all guests, and every room also has a fridge that we pre-stock with filtered water.  The living room has a TV and several comfy chairs, a board game table and sitting area.  Visit our B&B Rooms page for photos and more information on each sleeping room.

In the park-like acreage behind the Manor are four 30-foot diameter (roughly 750 sq ft) Yurts for glamor camping. These round tent structures are an unique experience for travelers who like a bit of adventure in full comfort.  Visit our Yurts page for more information about Yale Manor glamping! 

Whether lounging in your Yurt after a long day of wine tasting, playing a round of Battle Golf or any other of our provided lawn games with friends or enjoying birdwatching on the property, our intention is that you leave rejuvenated in body, mind, and spirit.

Our Purpose...

...is to provide you with an authentic hospitality experience from the moment you book to the moment you leave our driveway to go home.  By welcoming you into our home we consider you to be like family, and we hope you feel that way throughout your stay.  We love sharing the Finger Lakes with first time and repeat visitors, hearing about your favorite places to eat and drink, and recapping your day over a fresh loaf of bread, homemade butter and a bottle of wine or cup of tea.  Nothing makes us happier than seeing you return to the Manor after a fun (and long) day hiking, tasting wine, or taking a boat tour out on the lake.
