Breakfast at The Yale Manor B&B

Guests in the Manor House are treated to a homecooked breakfast each morning.  Our farm-to-table organic breakfast menu can accommodate vegan, paleo, gluten-free, and health-specific options, just let us know in advance!  Nearly every ingredient is sourced from local farmers and small businesses whose attention to care and detail is passed on to you on your plate.  This attention to organic, healthful food meets the increasing market for health-conscious travelers who want to avoid breakfast foods high in sugar, and refined fats.  Although we will admit, you're on vacation, and sometimes we all like to indulge a bit!  We also believe in making everything we can in-house which includes every kind of bread/biscuit/scone we serve and all of our butter.

Mon-Sat we offer one seating at 9am and we typically try to rotate between a savory main course and a sweeter main course, but always counterbalanced by the rest of the plate.

On Sundays we offer made to order omelettes with freshly sourced ingredients and flexible seatings between 8:15am - 9:15am.

Sample Mon-Sat Menu:

• Old-fashioned blueberry pancakes made from scratch with Mennonite flour, Amish butter in the batter and on the griddle, NYS maple syrup, and a side of Mennonite link sausage from Sauders in Seneca Falls.
• French toast bakes with a rotating variety of fresh fruits; sweet, but not sugary, served with local bacon or sausage and a fruit medly topped with homemade cinnamon whip.
• Indulgent eggs benedict bake with zesty hollandaise sauce, breakfast potatoes and sweet bread
• Loaded vegetable quiche with local bacon, homemade scones and fresh fruit medley.

Sample Sunday Menu:

• Omelettes made to order with your choice of ingredients including only the finest fresh market ingredients with housemade scones and maple bacon or breakfast potatoes

Eggs cooked your way to order can also be accommodated to supplement or replace a protein or egg dish.

Typically, a sidebar of organic granola/yogurt/berries is offered.

**Please note that Yurts are supplied with full kitchenettes and a starter basket of breakfast items, including bagels/cream cheese, butter, granola/yogurt/blueberries, snack cheeses, pastries, OJ, creamer, and coffee pods for the Keurig, and filtered refillable water bottles are stocked. Replacements of these items as needed and eggs are available upon request throughout your stay. Eggs/skillet can also be requested for guests to cook on the gas grill or your private fire pit outside.**
