Breakfast at The Yale Manor B&B
Your B&B stay includes a healthy breakfast. Our farm-to-table organic breakfast menu (vegan, paleo, gluten-free, and health-specific options), provides not only stress reduction but a nurturing diet that leaves our guests feeling better when they leave than when they arrived. This attention to organic, healthful food meets the increasing market for health-conscious travelers who want to avoid breakfast foods high in sugar, refined fats, and flour.
Sample Menu:
Huevos Rancheros with cage-free eggs, pepper bacon, and organic black beans on a tortilla, topped with melted cheese in the oven, and finished with sunny-side eggs/bacon, and fresh organic cilantro. A side tray of local salsa, organic sour cream, and fresh avocado slices top off this hearty meal - a staff favorite!
Old-fashioned blueberry pancakes made from scratch with Mennonite flour, Amish butter in the batter and on the griddle, NYS maple syrup, and a side of Mennonite link sausage from Sauders in Seneca Falls.
Individual soufflé can be made to order for any palette for those who need to avoid meat or cheese—typically made with cage-free eggs, four kinds of cheese (cream cheese & muenster), Mennonite ground breakfast sausage, and seasonal vegetables from local farms.
Typically, a sidebar of organic granola/yogurt/berries is offered along with sweet bread.
Note that the above typical plated breakfast is served to Manor House B&B guests only. Yurts are supplied with full kitchenettes and a starter basket of breakfast items, including bagels/cream cheese, butter, granola/yogurt/blueberries, snack cheeses, pastries, OJ, creamer, and coffee pods for the Keurig, and filtered refillable water bottles are stocked. Replacements of these items as needed and eggs are available upon request. Eggs/skillet can also be requested for guests to cook on the gas grill outside.
