Breakfast at The Yale Manor B&B

Guests in the Manor House are treated to a homecooked breakfast each morning.  Our farm-to-table organic breakfast menu can accommodate vegan, paleo, gluten-free, and health-specific options, just let us know in advance!  Nearly every ingredient is sourced from local farmers and small businesses whose attention to care and detail is passed on to you on your plate.  This attention to organic, healthful food meets the increasing market for health-conscious travelers who want to avoid breakfast foods high in sugar, and refined fats.  Although we will admit, you're on vacation, and sometimes we all like to indulge a bit!

Sample Menu:

Old-fashioned blueberry pancakes made from scratch with Mennonite flour, Amish butter in the batter and on the griddle, NYS maple syrup, and a side of Mennonite link sausage from Sauders in Seneca Falls.

French toast bakes with a rotating variety of fresh fruits; sweet, but not sugary, served with local bacon or sausage and a fruit medly topped with homemade cinnamon whip.

Eggs benedict bakes with local duck eggs from Sap Tap Farms, Canadian bacon and a creamy zesty housemade Hollandaise drizzle, seasoned with our special savory blend and served with maple bacon and a bright citrus blend of oranges and grapefruit.

Individual soufflé can be made to order for any palette for those who need to avoid meat or cheese—typically made with cage-free eggs, four kinds of cheese (cream cheese & muenster), Mennonite ground breakfast sausage, and seasonal vegetables from local farms.  Eggs cooked your way to order can also be accommodated to supplement or replace a protein or egg dish.

Typically, a sidebar of organic granola/yogurt/berries is offered along with sweet bread.

Please note that Yurts are supplied with full kitchenettes and a starter basket of breakfast items, including bagels/cream cheese, butter, granola/yogurt/blueberries, snack cheeses, pastries, OJ, creamer, and coffee pods for the Keurig, and filtered refillable water bottles are stocked. Replacements of these items as needed and eggs are available upon request. Eggs/skillet can also be requested for guests to cook on the gas grill outside.
