Taxes: 11% total tax (8% State sales + 3% County occupancy)

Smoking: Per New York State Law, Yale Manor provides a non-smoking environment for the comfort of our guests. Smoking inside rooms or yurts will result in a $250 cleaning charge.

Check in: 4 p.m. 

Check out: 11 a.m.

Occupancy: Rates are based on Double Occupancy. Max occupancy is 2 people per room.

Deposit: A one night deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Pets: Dogs under 50lb / 22.7kg are allowed in our Yurts only. You must book our Pet Adventure package and abide by the terms and conditions listed on the package page.

Children: Regrettably, our facility is not equipped to accommodate children.

Cancellation Schedule (calculated backwards from 4pm on day of arrival): Cancellation fees are in place due to our commitment to hold your room out of inventory, which prevents us from accepting other reservation requests.  Reservations cancelled 10 or more days prior to your arrival date will be credited back your deposit less a $50 processing fee.  Cancellations 9-3 days from arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge for the entire reservation. Changing dates within 10 days of arrival may also fall under this policy, in this case please call us to discuss.

Early check out: Should you need to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay. Force majeure is in effect, though we recognize that extenuating circumstances may apply.
